We have an issue when we try to connect end user laptop to ARIS publisher server. we checked everything in the network, even connect ARIS designer via same wireless network. its work correctly.
just ARIS publisher server doesn't work. anyone can give me some help please thank you so much and best wishes

we got the message can't connect to the page server
