Dear Kavita,
First, I suggest to use the browser's built-in developer tools and inspect the network communication. In Chrome hit the F12 key and click on the Network tab:
If that observation doesn't reveal a bottleneck in terms of timeouts or too long loading times, then please open a support ticket via Empower. Here in a forum we can't resolve technical issues.

Dear Kartik,
This indicates that the connection from your browser to ARIS Aware, more precisely ARIS Connect Server, is either not stable or has a too low bandwidth to keep your session alive.

Bandwidth is not an issue. Please confirm how can we test the connectivity between the browser and ARIS Connect Server
