I have been tasked to build an ARIS model that shows how IT, process, people capabilities, requirements, scenarios and business units are integrated to deliver objectives. Just wondering whether anyone else out there in the ARIS Community has had to do the same or something similar?

Yes EPC to represent the process, requirements, capabilities and FAD to represent IT processess. There are IT models like Architecture diagrams which can be used to represent the architectural artefacts.
