I have a user that consistently gets locked out of their models will working on them. She is the only user with the models open and after approximately 20 minutes of inactivity, the models locks, forcing her to log out, close browser tabs and log in again to regain editing rights.
I haven't come across this issue myself nor am I aware of any other user in the project experiencing this sort of problem.
Can this issue be user specific? And how do I resolve it?

I think the user's session is reached the maximum and could explain some lost connection or something in network connectivity. However, I don't have enough information in this post about what kind of Cloud environment you have, then if you're running the Enteprise Edition you can access the Administration of Connect and there you can open the User Management > Security > User Sessions > Session Cache lifetime and increase the value for this parameter, and check if can helps.
