Can you also advise me on how to change the appearance of the default symbol 'stereotypes' in Aris Advanced ..?
I am unable to locate the ARIS Cloud Administration so cannot find the 'Configuration --> Method --> Symbols' pathway
where the list of all symbols and graphics are. Where is the Administration tab/path??

I have already clicked 'Aris Cloud Administration - Start' several times but all that happens is that PLADMIN eu aris cloud.com files get downloaded (see screenshot). Then nothing happens and there is no further prompt. There is still no Configuration --> Method --> Symbols' pathway visible anywhere. Can you tell me step by step what to do or where to look for this pathway please?

Please try to "double click" on the ja filr or try "right muse button" --> "open with" --> "Java Platform"

The ARIS Cloud Administration is avaialble if you are Adminsitrator of your project room.
The ARIS Cloud Admin can be started via the blue gear symbol in the Manage Your Cloud Portal
