We have completed the migration from ARIS 7.2 to 9.8 and we want to check everything works properly after that. When I check publishing in Business Publisher I find a problem.
I create a new exportation, activate it, but when I go to Publisher, and try to log in with the user that have permission in Arquitect, It’s not possible to enter, and I have a message “There are no profiles available”. Then, if I enter with an administrator role, I can see the export that I’ve done, that is active and with the user assigned.
The users I have in Architect come from LDAP, but only some of them have permission to access to the database I export, and one of them is the user I have in Publisher.
Could you help to know what the problem with the publication is? There are new requirements with users or privileges assignation?
There are any document about user management in ARIS 9.8?

Dear Laura,
I recommend that you contact Global Support ARIS as Publisher issues could have various reasons, particularly when having it connected to LDAP.
This is an issue with the privileges of the user, make sure the user is in the right viewer group and license assigned to them, once these are set correctly all data pertaining to the profile will be visible.
