Recently, we enrolled in the ARIS Modeler Essentials (E731-79E) course, which indicated that the trial version includes 2 designers, 5 viewers, and 1 architect license. However, upon ordering the trial version we noticed that the architect license was missing from the selected options.As the ARIS Modeler Essentials course requires the use of an architect license for hands-on lab exercises, the absence of this license in the trial version poses a challenge for us to fully engage with the course material. Could you please advice on how we can rectify this discrepancy and ensure that I have access to the necessary architect license to fully participate in the course?
