I am just a member of this forum and no Software AG official.

But just out of curiosity:

What does "supported" exactly mean to you?

According to http://ariscommunity.com/terms-of-use Software AG does NOT grant the members of this forum any service level agreement.

Is this your definition of "supported"?

Dear Marek,

as MCarsten has already pointed out, Software AG provides this forum so that users of the free of charge program "ARIS Express" may discuss the use of said program. Many users have found help in this forum, but there's no guarantee that every question will be answered.

You should know, that this forum, like such things as ARIS Express, were created by IDS Scheer just  to ‘push’ their sell to SAG. There are also many other IDS's presale ‘forgotten’ features beginning from the  ARIS Rocket Search and ARIS TV and finishing ARIS integration with webMethod. What are you going to expect for?

So, yes, it is very sorry but on this forum is so quite like on cemetery
