Hello,
we have downloaded ARIS DVD 9.6 and we have a license keyfile ARIS Virtual Bundle.zip.
During installation of the "ARIS_Design_Server" (vm with Windows Server 2008 R2) we
choose "Standard", "2-50-User" and "Autostart".
After the "ARIS_Client"-installation (Win 7 Prof.), we can't connect with the ARIS Server.
We work with the server via remote access with "mstsc". It is the same server we use for
the ARIS Server 7.2 installation
Therfore we don't understand, why we get no connection.
Because of the errormessage "... Please check the mandantor, user or password.", what's
about the mandant „default"? When it is created?
Which users and passwords were created during installation?
Is a configuration needed on the server?
No installationguide found for a ARIS-Design-Server installation.
We need help.
