I would like to know how is ARIS9 handling conflicts during filter/template import process.
In ARIS7 you can decide what to do in case you have configuration conflicts:
For Method filter:
- Overwrite filter
- Overwrite user-defined symbols
- Import method extensions
- Overwrite method renaming(s)
- Overwrite attribute allocations
For Template:
- Overwrite template
- Overwrite font formats
- Overwrite user-defined symbols
How to protect existing configuration when you want to import new filter provided by 3rd party?
When you import the filter/template to ARIS9 you get message that filter/template was imported or overwritten successfully.
