We have a Mashzone server used by 40 users and installed as windows service, it shuts down randomly even when it's not used.
there is another installation using the same licence key but the problem occurs even when we don't connect to the other environnemnt: we stopped access to that environnement since we have known aboute the violation key trigger that stops MahZone service.
is there any known solution?

please notice that the main server runs correctly most of the time, the problem occurs ranomly.
Another possibility is that the machine on which you are running the MashZone server switches into standby mode. Sometimes Windows services don't survive that state after waking them up again. Please make sure that any such energy-saving mechanisms or automatic log-offs are turned off.

License violations do not depend on user access to a MashZone server - a running server looks for other running installations without user interactions or active logins.
Please try shutting down the second system completely (i.e. stopping the MashZone server).
