I have just registered as a student and received an email with the links to download ARIS Client Setup 10.X and its documentation. however, i am receiving this ftp error when i click on the links.
"FTP Error
Description: Anonymous connection is not allowed."
May you please help and advise how can i get ARIS Client and the documentation downloaded.

Some FTP protocols are locked, in that case could try to use HTTPS instead...

Hi,
the FTP server seems to refuse anonymous access. The URL provided in the e-mail contains user name and password information as well (ftp://[username]:[password]@aris.softwareag.com). Did the URL that you entered into your browser contain this user name and password part? (If not, the server might interpret your request as an anonymous access see the remarks here: http://jkorpela.fi/ftpurl.html. Note that some browsers might fail to appropriately use the syntax with user name and password).

It seems the download was not permitted in my work because I tried to download in my home and it is successful.
