Hi, I'm currently accessing the ARIS Cloud Basic trial environment, however, I often come across screen rendering issues where I do not see the menu bar and/or the Symbols bar in the left-hand side. I am using:
Microsoft Edge 114.0.1823.67 (Official build) (64-bit)
Chrome 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit)
on Windows 10.0.19043 Build 19043
Any ideas?

I have the same issue. I'm using Chrome and Safari and the menubar keeps disappearing.

Hi,
I have the same issue for cloud basic trial edition. There is no left side pane for the creation of model's. After I cleared the cache, cookies etc. The tool pane was back.
