Hi,
We installed ARIS 7.1.0.524795 using SQL Server ad database engine.
The service is active, but we are not able to restore any database and we can't understand why.
(see attached file, a copy of "internalerr0.log" logfile)
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi Maggiu,
I would suggest sending your logs (all the logs on the server) to SAG Support.
It seems as if the connection to SQL is established, but it does not have the rights to create the database on the SQL side. Maybe give the ARIS user full rights and try again.
I also noted that some of the errors pertains to Derby. The server uses Derby for conversion. Is the backups perhaps old version ADBs? You can try to convert DBs on your LOCAL before moving them over to the server. That is if my assumption is correct.

Thank you for your suggestion; tomorrow I will try with another server installation on my pc and then I'will be able to suggest the correct configuration to my company's server administrator; in fact I fear he changed the dli.cfg file content.
