Hi,
I am a brand new user and need to setup new users for ARIS Cloud. I have setup my first new user but when they login get the error "You do not have the privileges required to access the data".
I would assume I need to go into Cloud administration to setup the privileges. However if I click on "Cloud Administration - start" I just get a blank screen. If I click on "Cloud Administration - download" it downloads a PLADMIN JAR file.
So, am I correct in assuming privileges are setup through Cloud Administration. And, if so, how do I get it to run.

Download the jar file (Java Archive File) "PLADMIN_<your ARIS Cloud region>.ariscloud.com_<your project room>.jar" with your browser
Open the file with your Java Runtime Environment e.g doubleclick on the .jar file
Remark:
“jar” file type extension is per default assigned to the JRE (Java Runtime Environment).
Just double click the jar file and ARIS Cloud Administration is downloaded/started.
You assigned file ending “jar” to another software? (e.g. WinZIP) This is not the default… use “open with…” or use a local JRE.
