I am busy organizing a test session for key users group who are actually users for the processes my project team and I created in ARIS architecture
the goal is to have the Key user group test /validate the processes we modeled on their behalf via the Aris UI portal.
My questions are;
1. can you give tips on how I can create a test guide/list of test cases (format) for the group to ensure they test all areas needed for validation e.g the look & feel of the process info in the portal, verify the content etc.
2. Do you have ideas on what format/template I can use to collect feedback from the key user group?
