Hi,
I am busy organizing a test session for key users group who are actually users for the processes my project team and I created in ARIS architecture
the goal is to have the Key user group test /validate the processes we modeled on their behalf via the Aris UI portal.
My questions are;
1. can you give tips on how I can create a test guide/list of test cases (format) for the group to ensure they test all areas needed for validation e.g the look & feel of the process info in the portal, verify the content etc.
2. Do you have ideas on what format/template I can use to collect feedback from the key user group?

I don't see nothing from standard option to help in such case, maybe the collaboration from ARIS could help to mark the such user group on the process that you want to be checked, and the user from such user group can provide a feedback. However it seems more customization needs and I think the professional services Team from SoftwareAg can help.
