Hi All,
Can anyone please help us to fix the below issues in Synchronization?
We tried doing sync from ARIS to Solman today, and we are not able to see all the data in SolMan. Some models are missing there, and we are getting different errors in log files. Below are some examples:
ERROR (SOLAR_0033): Element 'xxxx' was skipped because no element exists in SAP Solution Manager that corresponds to its SAP ID.
WARNING: The sequence below project node 'xxxx' is inconsistent. Gaps or duplicate entries were found.
WARNING: Incompatible Nodes. etc.,
And we tried removing the structure in SolMan which is partially created before, and made it as empty and Synchronized from ARIS again. Then we didnt see any dta over there. However after this we got only one error.
ERROR (SOLAR_0033): Element 'xxxx' was skipped because no element exists in SAP Solution Manager that corresponds to its SAP ID.
Can someone please help us if you faced this kind of issues before? Many thanks in advance.
BR/Srinivas.
The 0033 error is caused by the fact that you imported the element from Solution Manager. Solution Manager gives the element an SAP ID. If you try to synchronize is back to Solution Manager it recognizes and updates the element. When you delete te element in Solution Manager before synchronizing it back it isn't recognized anymore. This causes the above error message.
The solve this, you need to clean the SAP ID from that element. A new ID is attached by Solution Manager.
Note that you can loose the attachments of these elements like documentation with the above solution.
