my question is how to transform this EPC to BPMN
as you can see, there will be more than one lane responsible for one task, i just cannot figure out what to do

There is no definition, what a lane is, so you could do a lane "Project manager and project team". But think of schemes like RACI. So the project manager is probably responsible for organizing the kick-offs and you decide for the "R" to be the lane.
