Is it possible to view the repository with a viewer license?
Dear Hendrik,
No, the Repository view (accessible via /#default/repository) is meant for editing users who have assigned with the license privilege ARIS Connect Designer.
Such users create and edit models and objects there, upload documents, and manage dashboards:
What do you expect you could do on the Repository view as an ARIS Connect Viewer?
Cheers

Dear Rune,
I understand that there is a difference between models in published content and the repository.
Viewers have limited view options than modelers. Not all models and objects are available to viewers. Only modelers can view and search the repository.
Is that correct? If so, why is there a difference? Can I find that information somewhere? Maybe in a document or video?
Thank you
Dear Hendrik,
Viewers consume the published version of a database (also known as Last version). And viewers search the database from many places, such as Home or the different fact sheets in the portal.
Compared to viewers modelers additionally access in the repository view the current content of a database (AKA Workspace) for a direct access to edit a model. In case there were no models changed after the last database version has been created, then of course, Last version and Workspace provide the identical data.
If your ARIS version is between SR18 and SR21 you could enable the new portal search, a more comfortable search option. With SR22 onwards the new search is enabled by default and replaced the former search option.
I am not sure to which model or object types you refer to when you are saying that some content is not available for viewers. Aren't your viewers and modelers using the same method filter on the database?
Cheers
Runé
