I also guess that ARIS isn't started, or even not properly installed. For the latter I recommend to check the installation log in folder %temp%\ARIS_Install.log and the more detailled %temp%\ARIS_Install_full.log.

I know when 'crashes' the server also can affect the Agent.. does the server restarted for any reason ? .. perhaps doesn't restart without stop the ARIS application...

Did you check that the "ARIS Agent" Service is running on the machine, as the error message says?
Otherwise please open a support ticket with Software AG. That is the quickest way to get individual technical support.
