hello

A student team has a lock issue on a model, after crash of the windows session

i try to use ARIS server administrator to see processes to be deleted

but unfortunately, the password of user system which is OK for ARIS connexion is not accepted for server Administrator...

Did u try Superuser credentials???

the error was only on tenant name, i was wirting it including an initial #...
