updating ARIS server in progress... without end !

hello

i've launch an update of my ARIS server since 6 hours... (9.8.1 to 9.8.2...)

it's still running "updating server components".. but strangly, no cpu use...

is they a way to check update progress ?

There should be an install (progress) log file to be found on the server.

Try '<drive letter>:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\server\logs' and search for 'ARIS_Install.log'

Dear pam,

ARIS_Install.log is usally found in folder %temp%. Paste %temp% into the address bar of Windows Explorer to see where that system folder is located in your system.

the update process end in error this night with this in log0

2016-02-09 20:52:41 stdout: Unexpected error trying to update runnable postgres_m on node localhost. Could not update runnable postgres_m on node localhost to version 98.2.0.

2016-02-09 20:52:41 stdout: Could not connect to http://localhost:9001/rest. Make sure that an agent is running on this machine and that the specified port is correct. Also check if you used the right protocol to communicate with the agent (you used HTTP, try HTTPS).

2016-02-09 20:52:41 stdout: Updateall aborted.
