hello, after installing the program show:

Thu Aug 28 15:11:13 CEST 2014: Unable to run ARIS. Error while setting up the server environment.

com.idsscheer.aris.expresslauncher.AExpressLauncher$3.run(AExpressLauncher.java:406)

java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)

I did :

-reinstalation

-I raised user rights

-delete server folder

-change in arisloader.cfg path.

-I created a group policy for him

Windows 7 x64 Professiona

Java 7 update 55

latest Aris Express version.

domain user accounts

Aris works on admin domain account but not on normal user

I met similar problem at windows XP (during trying to register in the program). I also was no able to open any files.

Try change access rights to "all" for entire ARISExpress folder in your home folder (where the document, desktop etc. folders are). After that I am able to open the program logged as a regular user....until first restart ):

<p>Well I think you need to delete all the *.lock files and uninstall it and delete all the "Aris directories" and try to do it again.</p> <p>Be sure nothing from Aris is running while running the instalation</p>
