How many exports do you update daily?
I'm new to ARIS and looking at the export process. I would like to have one export that uses 2 (or more) different templates. I see that in the export creation I can select "no Template" and it takes the template that was used when model was created. I want to be able to apply a template to a model after it is created either after it is saved or before export is created to ensure that the user did not modify the template (for example make a process box bigger than our standard, etc). We have at this time one group that has their own template – if the model is not in this group it should be the default template. Do I need to have 2 exports? Can this be done with 1 export – and if so how?
How do you ensure that a template is not modified in terms of box sizes, fonts, etc when it is designed. We want all the models to have the same look in publisher. Can you run the Format Models Report in batch – what would be the parameters since it opens a dialog box?
