PV

We have enabled SSL in IIS. When access ARIS from https://myariswebsite.com, the client is not able to download user.cfg file. Becasue of this a new user.cfg file is getting created from a jar file. The newly created user.cfg file doesnot contain the client license key.

Currently we are using Version 7.2 - Service Release 4.

Is there any one who configured SSL in IIS. Can anyone please help me on resolving this.

Thanks,

Pavan.

Pavan,

have you added .cfg as a MIME-Type in IIS? That's the most common reason I've seen.

Regards,

Markus
