I know the model isn't easy to read. But the problem was that when working with another version of this model, I wasn't able to save it du to the error listed on my original comment. The workarronund was splitting this model into many small parts (I was going to do it at the end).
I was able to open the model and copy and paste the whole content, so the model was 4 times as big as the model you entered here.
Maybe you had additional other models opened?
BTW: within your profile, e.g. "C:\documents and settings\<your user>\ARISExpress", you find two folders "log" and "server/log". These folders contain log files which you might send us, because this allows a better tracking of the error.
