Hi, We have been trying to promot mashzone in our organization and so far it has received good feedback from different teams and units so that is good sign.
Only concens few team have raised is that MashZone requires Flash. Given that a lot of the appeal is instant dashboards which are targeted at management, there is a real problem here. Is mashzone planning a means for replacing flash with HTML5 in future roadmap somewhere.

we are clearly aware of the Flash dependency. Is there a specific use case you had in mind when asking for a dashboard without Flash?
Is your intention consuming dashboard on mobiles?
Or is Flash an issue even on your Desktop/Notebook computers?
What do you think about a MashZone update that supported viewing dashboards without any Flash or other plugin but still required Flash to design MashApps and data feeds.

Yes, definately my concerns are conusming dashboard on mobiles or tablet devices for management. Management gets little concerned when we ask them to install something in order to see this reports.
But definately if you have something in between like supporting viewing dashboard without flash but need pluging to design/develop them would be good. Is there already somethingn out there?
Also, what is plan for supprting dashboard on mobile devices?

When you refer to mobiles: Do you have specific platforms in mind (iOS, Android, Win)?
Yes, we are working on something which supports consuming dashboards on tablets. It won't be the pure browser based/HTML5 variant, yet, but it will enable your management to have their KPIs at hand.
We'll provide way more details shortly - please stay tuned until very early next year.
