Hello,
I must use Aris Architect for my university study. So I registered for the educational package and downloaded Aris Architect 10 and the education license.
I installed it with the local standard database and started ARIS Architect after the installation has finished.
Now I only see the following screen. I tried using the username "system" and the password "manager" but nothing worked. Also I tried to reinstall ARIS several times, but I still getting this screen.
In the forum I read many articles talking about this problem, but I still got no solution.
The "ARIS local 10" service also runs in the background, but ARIS Architect still can't connect to it.
Also when I try to rerun the setup script and check "Adapt Installation" or "Update license" I get the following alert.

Hi,
it looks like that the LOCALSERVER is not starting. Can you please provide the logfiles ?
Please execute the collectLogFiles.bat in C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\LOCALSERVER\support-localserver ( if your installtion directory is C:\SoftwareAG ) . After the execution you will find in the same directory a file named logfiles.zip.
