We are migrating an ARIS server to another AD domain and need to set up an LDAPS + SSL connection.
But configuration cant pass test connectrion. LDAP.log file contains a recurring error:
WARN |umc0000000000|||0000000012|ajp-bio-11082-exec-9|LdapConnectionPool - Failed to create LDAP connection: com.aris.umc.util.ssl.TenantAwareSSLSocketFactory cannot be cast to java.lang.String
URL has been specified to ldaps://domain-controller-fqdn:636
Keytabs generated, certificates chain imported to cacerts and cacerts.jks imported to LDAP configuration page.
Please help!

I suggest you open a support ticket via https://empower.softwareag.com because I am pretty sure that your system and log files need to be inspected.
