I am a new user to this tool and so far I like what I see. To show my work to my boss, I needed to export to a PDF. The first time I used it, it worked fine. Later I had a second model I needed to export to a PDF and it did not work. I recieved an error statement that it did not create a PDF. After closing the PDF error box, the ARIS was locked up. I had to kill the task and when I restarted or tried to load a different application I got the Out of Memory error. I have a WIn7 Pro box with 4GB memory. I had to reboot to recover the system.
Two days later when I was creating my different models, I ran into an error when I tried to save my diagram. The attached is the detail provided in the error box.
Any help in solving these issues would be helpful. I need to keep my boss upto date often and I need to generate PDF files for him.
