What is the function of Windows service ARIS Service Enabling 1.0

Does anyone know the function of Windows service ARIS Service Enabling 1.0? I found nothing about this in the documentation, neither in google.

Hi,

It is used for enablement of interaction between other SAG tools, like the Release Cycle Management, WebMethods, etc.
