I have a problem. I tried to SYNCH Few Documents from Solman to ARIS. Everything Worked fine during SYNCH. But When I saw the same Document in ARIS I was not able to see the Document URL link in ARIS in the document attributes. Do we have to any specific settings in order to get this.

Hello Sinha,
It depends on how you create your document in solution Manager.
1° You create your Document in Solution Manager.
Document is created in SKW (SAP Knwoledge Warehouse) and when you synchronize it; In ARIS you get one document with only SAP Area ID maintained.
When you open document from Aris system will use this specific SAP Area ID to find the document in the SKW.
2° You create your document as a link to an external DMS system.
Document is stored outside SKW. After synchronization you get Document in Aris with SAP Area ID maintained and Link attirbute with url address as well.
When you open document from Aris system will use this specific SAP Area ID to find the document document node in Solman node then it will open URL links.
Obviously you have chosen first option and it does not affect capabailities.
