I am wondering if anyone knows if the notebook feature is implemented into the android version of Aris? If not, maybe a little hint at how to implement this.

What exactly do you mean with "notebook feature"?
Most of the ARIS client products support common browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge. But when ARIS detects it's running on a tablet device only ARIS Connect Viewer is offered.
