NS

Hi, i need your super help.

When creating a model, the BSC Cause-and-effect diagram is not displayed in the "Model Types" tab, although there is a BSC KPI diagram in the list. How to solve this problem and what is it related to?

There may be different causes:

1. Your method filter does not allow the model type (check this by using "Entire method" filter)

2. BSC model type belongs to a licence extension pack "Business strategy" your user does not have the licence for.

3. You do have the licence, but you suppress the topic Business strategy in the Workspace options of Designer/Architect.
