Unable to launch the ARIS MashZone Application

Hi Everybody,

I managed to install the ARIS MashZone Application but unfortunately could not open it,

I'm having the following error message.

After installing the application the following window opened:

I've started the services as instructed.

Hi Shameem,

thanks for your interest in ARIS MashZone. You have encountered a known issue ‒ but a workaround exists. Please check your browser connection settings.

As you are using the Internet Explorer open Internet Options from the Windows Control Panel. Select the Connections tab. Within the LAN settings dialog make sure you have "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" selected.
