I'm having trouble accessing my project space. I've requested a new password multiple times, but I always receive an email instructing me to click on a confirmation link. However, this email does not contain such a link. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this. Thank you!

Hi Simon,
did you had also no button/link in your welcome mail or does it happens only if you reset your password? Could you please check if the link is there in the source view of the mail.
