Aris 9.8.3 stopped working

Hello,

Our ARIS 9.8.3 stopped working all of a sudden and we are not sure why. We have ARIS Architect Designer installed on a WIndows 2008 R2 STandard with Service Pack 1. The ARIS Agent 9.8 service will not start and I also see that IIS or APACHE were not installed on the server. Is there ACC for 9.8.3?

Hi

Are yo still have this issue ?
You can see on the server if you have the ACC, if not you can install using the DVD by running the setup.exe and choose the 'administration tools'
