Hi BPM enthusiasts

I am writing my Master thesis including a BPMN model. In the process there are a manuel checking of data that will be done several times after data processesing. Therefore I would prefer to only model that process once.

The manual checking has to be done both in the parent process and in sub- and sub-sub-processes. It can be triggered by a conditional event, but is it possible to only model an Event sub-process in the parent process and will it be accessible from all the sub-processes then? Furthermore is it a little unclear from the BPMN 2.0 Specification how to show where exactly in the process the Event sub-process will be called from, can anybody explain that (since the boundary events are not for triggering the Event sub-processes)?

If it is not possible to use an Event sub-process from different levels in the model, will it be possible to use an Global Process then?

Thank you in advance, I really hope that somebody out there is able to help me out :-)

Kind regards Stine Bierre
