Importing data from MS Access to Issue Manager

At my company, we are using ARIS issue maanger. We also have a standalone microsoft access 2010 database. I want to be able to create a function in access to auto export the actions from my access database into ARIS issue manager. Can someone provide any guildance on how i get started. Thanks.
