This will run on selected model where I should first gind d active filter on database and read all the symbols in that filter with its guid, symbol number, its color in hexcode.
why you want to find out active DB filter?
if you want information about what is included in your filter... you can run report "Output Filter Information", which will give you allowed model, obj, symbols in your filter.
