We are using Aris 9.7 and my team here needs to generate stats for large number of user ID''s on my "Publisher" server to see "how many of them have logged in and how many times"
Can you please guide me with a How-To on this or provide me a document link which can help me achieve this ?
Appreciate your earliest revert.
Thank you,
Highly Surprising, My post has 196 views, but not a single comment or suggestion or solution...
How is it that the admins think, they can reach the masses if they are not proactive on the forums and help resolve issues faced by the clients ?
I would sincerely, hope that the admins or the users on this board can help me resolve my query!!!
Thank you
Dear Sayed,
The ARIS Community is an open forum where everyone voluntarily responds. If you have an issue with your installed ARIS, please contact Software AG Global Support ARIS on https://empower.softwareag.com.

Hello Rune,
Thank you very much for replying and Yes, i do understand the nature and working of open forum' !!
The reason my statement above sounded harsh above is coz i thought this is the company forum and it is
manned by Aris admins and hence i was expecting a reply from them, no matter what !
I am still in fix and i did write to you in your previous forums, But since i did not hear back from you either
i had to create a new thread to get attention and finally i got your's
I would request you to please accept my apologies if i have in any way offended you and the techs on board here !!
Secondly, Can you please look into my request and let me know how do i proceed in it ?
Appreciate your revert, no matter what !!
Thank you
All is good, Sayed. No need to apologize. I only wanted to express that inquires in our forums do NOT imply a guarantee for getting an issue solved, because Software AG operates this forum primarily to let all ARIS users easily share knowledge. It's not intended to replace our customer service Global Support ARIS from which you can expect a guaranteed response.
As for your question about Publisher user access statistics:
If Publisher's user management is connected to ARIS' UMC, then you could leverage the UMC statistics. Not sure if all your requirements are met by that.
Cheers

Hey Rune,
Pardon me to bump up this thread once again :(...
I have a small but tricky issue at hand ...
Can you please let me know if it is possible to know the "last login date and time of a group of users "
If yes, Please just point me to the knowledge base and i shall do the rest .....
Please !!
Appreciate your time.
Sayed
