Hi guys,
I'm trying to set up a dashboard using datafeeds and queries. Following this tutorial here https://www.ariscommunity.com/users/andreazarembova/2018-11-13-how-use-queries-data-source-dashboards
Now I've created a query and I'm logged into Aris with the same account and when I try to create a datafeed I get this error:
How can that be and how can I maybe fix it?

Hi Golis,
there are missing some other steps in the mentioned tutorial.
You have to add you user name and password:

Then you have to specify database name and start item id (only, if your start item in a query is not the database object) in other case it is enough to set only database name.

After that you can press the calculate button to get data.

Thanks a lot Rado, now it results in an internal server error (code 500) but for now I'm trying to fix that by making a scheduled report.

There are logs in the folders "...\server\bin\work\work_octopus_m\base\logs" and "...\server\bin\work\work_abs_m\base\webapps\abs\log" that can provide some more information about the problem. You can try to contact our support to help you to solve the issue.
