Unable to import user from active directory

Hi,

I am usings (ARIS IT Architect 7.1). I wanted to import one user from active directory.

From the administration module, i clicked on "Import users" icon and i put the common name and found it in the result. and when i come to proceed, i got an error message "Error during data transfer. could not find object :xxx "

Any idea ?!

Hi M,

I experienced the same behavior a few weeks ago on a new database I had set up. I found that I had a trailing space at the end of various LDAP settings for the database (it was a cut and paste error on my part). Once I had removed the trailing spaces the import worked as expected.
