Dear Madams and Sirs,
In my simulation model, I assigned a capacity resource to a function. In my model, the capacity resource specifies the quantity of produced goods . I have set that the average material costs of the produced quantities are 5€. So far so good, but when I then run the simulation, the material costs for the produced quantities are not evaluated in the respective process instances.
My question now is, how can I include the material costs of the produced quantities in the simulation, or where can I find the simulation evaluations for the costs of the capacity resources?
Or is it not even possible to include these costs in the simulation?
I would be very grateful for your help.
Nice regards

The simulation supports cost calculation for resources only for human and technical resources. For those you can specify cost rates for busy time and idle time. Cost calculation for capacity resources is not supported. As an alternative you could use cost per function execution. Function objects possess the attribute "Avg. material costs" which is evaluated by the simulation.
