I am a lecturer at the University of Tartu. I registered ARIS Cloud Basic license ~3 months ago. The license will expire soon. Should I update the license after every three months? Could I get the license without a time limit?

Your ARIS Basic for Students subscription will last for 3 months. At the end of this period, you will have the opportunity to renew your subscription for an additional 3 months, if required. You may only do this once.
Our recommendation in your case would be to use ARIS Education Package for Faculties | Multi-user private cloud .
