Hi,
The reason might be that you did not log out of Connect properly. It means that whenever you want to log out then 1) save the model then 2) close the given tab in the browser and 3) use "log out" menu item in Connect.
I see from inserted pic that this is a Designer / Architect message, so I assume that the same model is open in Connect (in the internet browser) by you in edit mode, whilst you wanted the open up the exact same model in Designer / Architect.
