Hi there
my organisation is moving from Oracle 10 version of ARIS to Oracle 11g. Can you say which version of ARIS the 11g version is equivalent too?
I have downloaded Express2.3. I'm wondering will I be able to import the Express .adf files into the new Oracle 11g version?

Hi Mal,
you are probably talking about Oracle BPA Suite, which is a product of Oracle and not Software AG. The last version released of Oracle BPA Suite is based on ARIS 7.1 SR 07. This version supports import of ARIS Express (*.adf) files.
As far as I know, a new version of Oracle BPA Suite based on ARIS 7.2 is currently prepared by Oracle, but please check with them to get a confirmation and release date.

Intereseting to hear that ARIS 7.2 is on the horizon. Are there any summaries of the changes and new features in ARIS 7.2?
If this is soon available via Oracle I will alert my managers and ask if we should go striaght to the new release version.

ARIS 7.2 was already released some days ago. Watch the ARIS BPM Blog for an article about the new features and major changes. I think I will publish it next week. I don't know when Oracle will release their Oracle BPA Suite, which is based on ARIS 7.2.
