Hello,
I have previously saved my database from my free version and now I would like to import it to the new subscription we have (aris cloud advanced). While the import process begins, after a while the row becomes red and it cannot be uploaded. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Could you please try the upload again e.g. via ARIS Cloud Administrator Client?
