How to link BPM with an Org Chart

According to the methodology you can not link any responsible person with an event. Responsible persons are linkable only with functions.

Dear Hannes,

Whenever we draw a line between 2 objects we connect them using a precise type of relationship, such as

[person]---carries out--->[function]

[event]---activates--->[function]---activates--->[event]

So, as you request to connect an event with a person how would you name that relationship?

[person]---???---[event]

Since an event is a status of a process such as the beginning or the end, I can't imagine when you would need to connect a person with an event.
