How to give permission to method appearance change to specific user and for specific diagram

On Aris Designer, We have a need to give permission to a specific user/s to change appearance of connections on specific diagram/s (maybe specific folders), When I've tried to give the user privilege to method changes (Users --> Function privileges --> Method changes) the user got the ability to change all diagrams he has the RW access.
